Traffic Cops

Watch the programme and laugh, weep, shout and splutter with rage and indignation. Time after time those stopped for various traffic offences on England's roads are (whisper it) foreigners, and time after time they are freed, after a 'talking to' far more polite than they could expect from police officers in their homelands, to risk our lives again and again. It is worth remarking, though few will need reminding, that 'The Police', paramedics and members of the fire brigades know what they are doing, it's just our law makers who are incompetent.
